Jaguar Freedom is a Guaranteed Future Value* option which is available for Jaguar XE, XF and F‑PACE models on both consumer fixed rate loan finance contracts and commercial goods loan finance contracts from Jaguar Financial Services. It is designed to be as responsive and agile as the vehicles themselves, whilst allowing peace of mind from the moment you take the wheel of your new Jaguar.

Your Jaguar Freedom Guaranteed Future Value* is an amount that we agree to buyback your Jaguar for at the end of your finance contract. This amount is determined by Jaguar Financial Services. All you have to do is comply with your service, fair wear and tear guidelines and set kilometre requirements together with your finance contract obligations (“GFV terms”).

Make the most of your Jaguar with the peace of mind of certainty of future value if usage and fair, wear and tear standards are maintained. Experience the freedom of choosing weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments over 36 or 48 month terms to fit with your lifestyle. Get in the driver’s seat with no minimum deposit, or enjoy reduced repayments though the ability to increase your deposit or trade-in. Enjoy your Jaguar today with the confidence of having options at the end of your finance contract.

Jaguar Freedom is available across the entire new Jaguar XE, XF and F‑PACE range, with features and options which make sound financial sense.
Jaguar Freedom is available with the choice of two terms to meet your lifestyle requirements:

  • 36 months with 60,000 contract kilometres
  • 48 months with 80,000 contract kilometres

Jaguar Freedom provides you with fixed monthly repayments and a fixed interest rate for the life of your finance contract.

When your Jaguar Freedom finance contract comes to an end, you can choose one of the following options that best suits your lifestyle and situation at that time:

Return your vehicle to your preferred Jaguar Retailer as a trade in. If the trade in valuation is higher than the Guaranteed Future Value, the difference can be utilised as equity towards your next Jaguar.

If you wish to retain your Jaguar at the end of your contract, you can simply pay out the Guaranteed Future Value in a lump sum or alternatively, you can refinance (subject to our standard terms and conditions, and applicable credit criteria) the Guaranteed Future Value for a further contract term.

To complete your Jaguar Freedom experience, you can return your vehicle to your preferred Jaguar Retailer, provided it complies with your service, fair wear and tear guidelines and set kilometre requirements and finance contract obligations.

Will the Jaguar Freedom Guaranteed Future Value apply if I want to return my vehicle before the end of the term?

No. The Jaguar Freedom Guaranteed Future Value option only applies if your fixed rate loan contract runs its full term. You can choose to trade in your vehicle at any point and upgrade to the latest model, however you will need to pay any amounts due under the loan contract. Applicable terms and conditions are available from Jaguar Financial Services on request.

Will I be notified when my contract is maturing?

Yes. You will receive a letter from Jaguar Financial Services notifying you of your contract expiry date 120 days before your loan maturity date,. You can then nominate your preferred option in accordance with the GFV terms.

How is the Fair Wear and Tear determined?

If you choose to return the vehicle, your Jaguar dealer or authorized service centre will inspect the vehicle for Fair Wear and Tear. The inspection process will assess whether your Jaguar XE meets the Fair Wear and Tear requirements and determine the cost to bring the vehicle back to the acceptable Fair Wear and Tear condition if it does not. You will have the opportunity to repair your Jaguar or alternatively Jaguar Financial Services can organise the repairs. If your Jaguar does not meet Fair Wear and Tear requirements on return, the Guaranteed Future Value will be reduced accordingly and you will be required to pay the difference. For further information regarding Fair Wear and Tear requirements please contact your nearest Jaguar dealer.

*The Guaranteed Future Value is a not a representation by Jaguar Financial Services as to the likely market value of your vehicle at the maturity of your finance contract. The Guaranteed Future Value option is available on Jaguar XE only. If the vehicle is not returned in an acceptable condition as stipulated in the terms and conditions of the finance contract, Fair Wear and Tear Guidelines and within set kilometres, the Guaranteed Future Value will be reduced accordingly and you will be required to pay the difference. Terms and conditions, fees and charges apply. Terms and conditions are available upon application.
